We accept returns of products that are defective or have been damaged during shipping. If you discover a defect, please notify us as soon as possible. For faulty or defective products, contact us via email at [email protected] or use the Contact Form on our website for further instructions.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, small variations in color or shape between pieces of the same model are not considered defects.

Please note, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items purchased directly from midene.com. Items bought from other retail locations cannot be returned to us for an exchange or refund.
